Pay for calls that are actually your business.
Every plan includes Australian receptionists, your own written call plan and cover outside business hours. The difference between plans is how much of the call we finish.
Plans
Three ways to run it.
Pricing is set per business after the mapping call, because call volume and what you want us to finish vary enormously. These are the shapes.
Entry
Overflow
We answer only when your line is busy or rings out. Your mobile keeps working exactly as it does now. Messages by SMS and email, in your business name, to your plan.
Most chosen
Front desk
Everything in Overflow, plus qualification to your decision tree, booking into your calendar, warm transfer to the right person, and job capture into your system.
Full service
Reception team
Everything in Front desk, plus a named team who learn your business, intake and triage to your criteria, escalation rules by job or matter type, and custom reporting.
Included
In every plan, at no extra charge.
Your call plan, mapped and written
The setup session and the decision tree are included, and so is rewriting them whenever your business changes.
Cover when you are closed
No after hours loading and no public holiday surcharge. The phone is either answered or it is not.
Your existing number
No new number to advertise, no porting, and no change to your signage, vehicles or listings.
Structured outcomes, not voicemail
The fields your plan says matter, filled in, sent by SMS and email within the minute.
Spam and wrong number screening
We filter the calls that waste your day, and we do not bill you for the privilege.
A person who knows your plan
An account contact who has read your call plan, not a ticket queue.
Doing the sum
The number that matters is the job you did not lose.
Answering services get compared on monthly cost. That is the wrong comparison.
The arithmetic
One recovered job a month usually covers it.
Work out the average value of one job, then ask honestly how many calls went to voicemail last month. For trades it is usually one job. For a legal or medical practice, one retained client or one filled cancellation does the same.
An honest limit
Under about twenty calls a month, do not bother.
A proper answering service is hard to justify at low volume. You are better off with a good voicemail greeting and a habit of returning calls the same day. We would rather tell you that now than take your money and watch you cancel in month three.
Questions
Pricing questions.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Plans run month to month. If it is not working, give us 30 days notice and we will help you forward your calls back cleanly.
What happens if we go over the included calls?
Extra calls are charged at the per-call rate on your plan. If you are trending over we tell you during the month rather than at invoice time, and if you are consistently over we move you to the cheaper plan for your volume.
Do you charge for wrong numbers and telemarketers?
No. Wrong numbers, silent calls, robocalls and sales calls are not billable. You pay for calls that are actually your business.
How long is a billable call?
A billable call is one where we work your plan: qualifying, booking, transferring or taking a structured message. There is no per-minute meter running while your customer explains their problem.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The mapping session and your written call plan are included, and you keep the plan document whether you proceed or not.
Can we change plans?
Any time, in either direction, effective from your next billing period.
Not sure which plan fits?
Tell us roughly how many calls you get and what happens to them now. We will tell you which plan to start on, or that you do not need us yet.
